Principal's Message

Hello Tiger Family,

We are ecstatic to announcement as a result of your hard work, I want to share this exciting information with you. School grade projections have been calculated but not yet official. At this time, Tangelo Park Elementary went up from 289 to 309 points (+20 points)!!! This means we are projected to be an even higher “C” this year than the previous school year and this is amazing news!

There is still much work to be done and we can do it! We will continue to work hard and focus on improving our students’ achievement and academic success this upcoming school year.

Our Theme for the 2019-2020 School Year, is centered around TEAM COLLABORATIONS - A Sports Game Theme:

“Together We CAN! One Team, One Goal!” This school year, we will focus on building collaborative and high-performing teams!! To do this, it will require a continued commitment to our students, each other, and our school. On Monday, August 5, 2019, we will review the data and strategies that will serve as our game plan that will guide us into the proper direction in order to reach our goals.

Thanks again for all of your hard work and dedication!!

“Once A Tiger, Always A Tiger”

Sincerely,

Mrs. Lakeitha Black
